Bogle Wine Tasting

Back by popular demand is our Wine Tasting on Saturday, April 17th from 11am-2pm. Enjoy tapas style dishes while sampling Bogle wines. See full menu below. Cost is $35 per person (excluding gratuity) & tickets can be purchased in advance by calling (302) 280-6172. Gather at the grill.

Menu:

First Course- Cured Local Rockfish w/ baby mustard greens, cashew, grapefruit, goat cheese croutons, pink peppercorns.
Wine Pairing: Bogle Rose

Second Course- Pate Maison w/ artisanal three cheese, whole grain mustard & fondue toast.
Wine Pairing: Bogle Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course- Butter & Citrus Poached Atlantic Cod w/ sauce Chasseur & cracklings.
Wine Pairing: Bogle Pinot Noir

Fourth Course- Vietnamese Beef Lettuce Wrap w/ chiles, pickled veggies, basil-mint oil.
Wine Pairing: Bogle Essential Red

Fifth Course- Flourless Chocolate Torte w/ peanut butter mousse & raspberries.
Wine Pairing: Bogle Old Vine Zinfandel
